There are times where a bullying situation may escalate from mental to physical quickly. Our children need the physical skills of self-defense against physical offense. Your child will learn how to successfully physically defend themselves against someone who is trying to:
- Push them down by learning to fall and roll correctly
- Block any and all hits and strikes quickly, effectively and confidently
- If all else fails, fight back and be empowered for standing up for themselves
These life skills are necessary against a physical bully or in a stranger danger for kids situation.
